Throughout your learning journey, you will be challenged to think critically, relate concepts across disciplines and courses, and apply these methods in hands-on learning experiences.

From the moment you are accepted, our Class & Community Leader will reach out to begin working with you to develop your Individualized Development Plan to map out where you are and what meaningful success will look like to you.

Beginning with orientation, you embark on a year-long “Practical Leadership” journey with our partners at Polycentrum Solutions in order to translate your academic, professional, and life experience into a cohesive framework. You will learn how to think and problem solve, lead collaborative efforts, and gain insight through a personal journey of introspection to evolve into an even more effective leader.

With the start of the academic year you will learn from top educators, entrepreneurs, and venture capitalists from Israel and abroad through high-impact, intensive courses aimed at delving deep into new venture creation and succceeding in a rapidly changing world.

Fellowships are integral for real world experience and professional growth. Along with our Career Team, we begin connecting you on day 1 with companies and start-ups to personalize your fellowship in the thriving Israeli ecosystem. 

Over the summer following your first year of coursework, you will continue your fellowship while having the opportunity to participate in Dean’s Courses. Carefully hand-selected by Dean Zviran each year, these intensive courses are taught by visiting international lecturers from across industries and methodological frameworks.

For students with industry or regionally-specific goals, we offer an additional semester of study abroad in one of our approx 100 global partner schools located in geographically diverse hubs of innovation. 

Following completion of your MBA, you become a member of our alumni network. Joining a diverse group of influencers, leaders, entrepreneurs, venture capitalists, and drivers of change, you become part of an interconnected, international community spanning 6 continents. The Sofaer team and Career Center continue to remain at your service, offering career advice, networking opportunities, “take a class on us” continuing education courses, and opportunities to come back as a TA, a member of alumni recruiting network, and/or as a special mentor.

We will guide you on your journey - it is up to you to open your imagination, seek out new opportunities, and drive your vision forward.
