Career Management Center

Our mission is to help future Sofaer Global MBA graduates build and develop their career management skills through a variety of interactive activities, discussions, and workshops. The Career Management Center at the Coller School of Management aids current students and alumni in creating and implementing a unique career development strategy tailor-made to your goals and will guide you through every stage of your job-search process. 

 

Career Management Series 

The CMC offers a series of workshops that aim to complement your academic studies with the practical training necessary to best prepare for managing a successful career search in today’s dynamic labor market. The Career Management Series covers each stage of the career management process and combines lectures, workshops, small group break-out sessions, and individual training (aka “speed sessions”).

 

Tailor-made workshops have been offered on the following topics:

  • ‘Selling’ Your Competitive Advantage/Added Value
  • Networking Your Way to Success
  • Preparing for a Job Interview
  • Creating Professional Social Media Brands

Dr. Shoshi Chen

Executive Director

Dr. Shoshi Chen is the Executive Director of the Career Management Center (CMC) and a faculty member in the Organizational Behavior Department at Tel Aviv University’s Coller School of Management. She received her Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior from the Faculty of Management at Tel-Aviv University, Israel. Over the years, she has consulted many organizations, developing and presenting executive programs including personal consulting. Her primary research interests are positive psychology and learning in organizations.

Yael Katzin-Lewitus

Career Consultant

Yael Katzin-Lewitus is a Career Consultant at the Career Management Center, working closely with the Global MBA students. She has over 15 years of experience in Software Development, and holds an MA in Organizational Development, a certificate in Career Consulting from Tel Aviv University and a certificate in Personal Coaching.

Prior to joining the CMC team, Yael did her practicum as a personal coach and a career consultant and filled software development positions in various organizations including startups and global organizations in Israel and in North America.

Shoni Lang-Penchas

Career Consultant

Shoni Lang-Penchas is a Career Consultant at the Career Management Center, working closely with the Global MBA students. She has over 10 years of experience in Recruitment in varies fields and is responsible for the diversity & inclusion aspects of the career center.

Her master degree is in Behavioral and Management Science from the Technion her career counseling diploma is from the TAU.

Prior to joining the CMC team, Shoni was the recruitment module product manager in an IT company. In addition, Shoni volunteers as a career counselor at Co-Impact, an NGO for youth in the Arab sector in Israel.
